This is not the attorney if you have a serious workers comp case. I was so sick I didn't have my wits about me and didn't see the red flags. By than my case had gone to trash. However there was no issues with paper work being filed in a timely manner. I commend them on that. There was never an issue.Than again you never truly know what's going on with your case. I felt like I was in the dark . But Luis his office clerk is so rude and abrasive and condescending. Truly unprofessional, He hung the phone up in my face. I needed an important document and he was arguing with me about it. Screaming at me to listen to him. I was already stressed due to the fact EDD had stopped paying me because they thought I was still receiving w/c. And I was not. My benefits from PD was only 1000 am month!!!! I had to send EDD the proof and called my attorney. (Because I had misplaced the award letter) my attorney didn't have a copy the letter. It's very hard to get in touch with the office. Often times you are talking to a voice mail. And the office listed on the web site IS NOT the office anymore. They only use a POB. Which I found unsettling. The attorney would tell me he would call me back . He never did. He said he sent a hardship letter to the insurance company for advancement. I ask for a copy . He never sent it or answered my text concerning the matter. He should have appealed state doctors review. Due to the fact Iam and was still treating with other doctors. I had not reached permanent and stationary. This action made me loose W/C benefits I was still entitled to. (I found this out by seeking new counsel) And on another note. He never listened to my other concerns about other body parts affected in the accident. Also he was not expeditious in finding doctors for my care. A year later I'm just now seeing a doctor for my tinnitus. I am livid. At this point I truly start to wonder who I hired. I than checked The Bar Association. We all have our skeletons. But Ron or Ronnie as they call him. Has a whole graveyard. He is being charged with criminal activity. Currently an ongoing case. I'm not saying he is a bad attorney.
