Super respectful, responsible , and AVAILABLE at the beginning of your case but after a while if you don't follow up they don't even remember you. First if you call the front desk you can't talk to your lawyer, you should talk to the assistance, second it is more easier to talk with US president than this lawyer group assistance. I had Maria helping me but after 10 day calling and leaving messages you will be able to talk to her for 5 min or less. In a situation I left a voice message for her directly by the extension, I got no respond. After calling front desk for many time, they said maria told us that she got your voice message. So disrespectful... I left an emergency voice message but never got a response back. Even if you walk in the office they will ask you to not show up personally. Anyway, better to search for better lawyer and not wasted your time here, exactly what I did and now I am super happy with new lawyer who has respect to me and my time as a valued customer. read more

I was looking into this law firm for a PI case, I spoke to Gohar and after a few conversations and emails she informed me that the attorney was intrested in taking my case and sent me the paperwork to get started. I asked her if the attorney had already spoken to my chiropractor, in which she reponded yes. I was waiting to talk to my chiropractor so I could proceed with the paperwork. Once I spoke to him, he I formed me that the law firm had never reached out to him, let alone spoken to him. I called SA because I had a question about the workman's comp settlement that my job was offering me for an injury. Arbi was friendly and in constant communication, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. After sending him my medical reports, he passed them along to a senior lawyer at the firm and got right back to me and told me that I should accept the settlement; they could probably get me a bit more money but after their fee was taken out, it would be a wash and not worth the trouble.
