We recently purchased a Leandro media cabinet that was advertised as "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood." The website description was later updated to "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood, and oak veneers", apparently in response to my complaint. The reality is that the piece, along with other Arhaus furniture, are cheaply veneered engineered materials, not craftsman built wood. The veneers are not well applied, and the lack of quality is apparently. I also had to repair the veneer on a coffee table that we purchased where the veneer extended above the surface and quickly caught/was pulled off. Shame on me for not learning our lesson with that piece. I talked to CSR on 4/28 and sent pictures of the poor quality piece to the requested email (arhauscustomercare4@arhaus.com). After not getting a response, I sent a follow up on 5/2 that again received no response. As of this review, still no response, other than they apparently updated the website description to avoid the obvious false marketing. At this point, I'm very disappointed to learn that Arhaus has both major quality issues and major customer service issues. If you have the money to buy these pieces, I highly recommend instead looking at an actual craft furniture manufacturer where you will get a much higher quality product at similar prices.

Can feel the wood through the cushion. - Recliners squeaked badly when reclining - Frame began to fail with one side deforming out of alignment with the other side. -Lithium grease used to lubricate moving joints leaked onto LVP flooring causing permanent staining. All of these things led to a replacement. Steinhafels told me the replacement was "being offered as a courtesy and would be the only option available given how long the product has already been in the home." The company feels that they are providing a courtesy when replacing a defective product well within the warranty period. A company which feels it is doing you a favor by standing behind a warranty is not one I choose to do business with.

There are pieces that definitely cover style, comfort and durability. However, it's difficult to find a piece that has everything within the budget you may have set for yourself. That being said, there are plenty of options for those who have a little or a lot to spend. And while I didn't find a sofa that spoke to me at that time, I found myself here again, a few years later, looking for a mattress. And this time I did give them all my money. There was a very patient gentleman who put up with me for at least an hour while I tried all the mattresses that fit my criteria, and then while I waffled between my two favorites. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn't steer me directly to the most expensive mattress, I found that myself. However it's not the one I chose. I picked the second most expensive one lol I hate shopping, my back chronically hurts from an injury, and the mattress I liked the best alleviated some of that pain. The checkout process was easy. I qualified for a credit card I didn't need, but it allows me to pay off the purchase at my leisure instead of immediately. The delivery was great too. After a couple weeks we had a call to schedule, followed up on the morning of, received a text when they were on the way, and after the delivery was completed. The gentlemen who removed the old mattress set and installed the new one were very professional. I work from home and they barely made a sound. They were respectful of my property and quick. I didn't feel the need to shop around, most places have the same stock and comparable prices. I like BiltRite and was happy with my experience. The mattress has been a lifesaver for me as I don't wake up in intense pain every morning. I find that my experiences over almost 20 years with this store have been pleasant and no pressure. And the fact that I'm not here every other year to replace something is a testament to quality which i appreciate.

First, they mismeasured the dining and living room space and ordered the wrong sized table and sofa. Then they ordered the wrong light fixture. We ordered certain fabric for the pillows but later we're told there wasn't enough fabric. 3 months after receiving our Sofa the seat cushion fabric is terribly wrinkled. There are seams down the front and back which are unsightly. The dining room table chipped at the bottom after being here approximately 2 weeks. They came and repaired it and it happened again. We called and they informed us they would repair it one more time but then it would cost $200.00 every time. The paint is super thin and appears cheap but the table was very expensive. Warren Barnett has yet to rectify the problems but would take the sofa back if WE paid a 45% restocking fee and signed a "gag understanding between your family and my business" not to talk about it. The sofa was in excess of 5K. They insinuated that we caused the damage to the table and suggested putting a rug under it to prevent the chair legs from nicking the table or put felt on the legs of the chairs. Seriously? Extremely disappointed in the quality of these products and Warren Barnett service. Would never recommend.

They frequently have coupons and monthly free activities for kids to make and take crafts. Some items can be a bit high in price, but others are more reasonable, all depends on what you're buying.
