I went to return a power bank and a pair of headphones my girlfriend had purchased and the manager jennifer misread my receipt and refused to do my return. She was extremely rude I was honestly shocked to be refused a return I had paid in cash. It turns out she misread the receipt and when I went back to kindly point out her mistake I was refused service and treated like a common criminal. Worst service experience of my entire life. We were blown away by Andrew's personalized service last weekend. My friend arrived in town having forgotten all 4 critical medications. Andrew contacted the MD in another state and quickly had the prescriptions ready. He suggested he call the insurer to see if he could obtain a travel discount. He couldn't but we appreciated his initiative. On top of it all he was pleasant and humorous, helping calm down my friend who was (rightfully!) so annoyed by his own forgetfulness. Over this past year the wait times just to pick up refills ordered the day before takes over an hour as they are never ready. A prescription sent in from the Dr. plan on a 1 or 2 hour wait. Then while waiting I hear many customers complaining about issues with refills being incorrect.... I think I need to find another place for prescriptions after going here for 25 years Going in again for refill order the wait to pick up is over an hour and it was called in yesterday... read more

Suzy, Who works in the Pharmacy needs to learn basic (Customer Service Skills) when answering the phone and dealing with customers. This behavior from any employee at Bartell's is Unacceptable. I always like Bartell Drug, not matter location I typically enjoy myself. They've got a bomb candy isle :) So I like to hit this place up before the movies to smuggle in some junk, ha ha. They've got a good selection of make up and also travel toiletries. I like the service at Bartell also, the cashiers are usually super nice and they wear those cute red vests :) This Bartell is always clean too. read more

My husbands family has been coming to this pharmacy for over ten years, they used to be quick, helpful and an overall good experience. Now when I have a prescription called in it takes an insane about of time, even a simple amoxicillin for children took more than an hour. I will drop off a prescription and they tell me 25 mins, when I come back 30 mins later it's still not done and I end up sitting around with two kids for 15 more minutes. Infuriating, when they used to be so nice. I hope they shape up, soon. read more

This review is for the pharmacy only: the staff is rude inefficient and wait times for rx always beyond what they tell you. I have stood in line for 20 mins at a time always 5 ppl in line without being acknowledged they don't call a second cashier. Unacceptable to wait with a toddler and baby this long! I have had dr call in a prescription and it not be ready in a timely manner even though i give them hours before returning for pickup. I had to wait at the counter to return something over 15 mins for a manager the other day. I feel like they have gotten worse and worse over the last two year that i have been going to this location. I am considering moving my whole family prescription. The staff of the store is always smiling happy and gives great customer service on the retail end a sharp contrast from the pharmacy staff who are slow and not friendly at all. I used to work for bartells (over ten years ago) I was a second assistant manager almost 7 years in several eastside and seattle Bartell locations so i know what I'm talking about I have never seen such a horribly run pharmacy in one of their stores. I used to like this place, but the pharmacy is inefficient now. The past few times I've come to get a prescription after work, I've been told that it would be 20 minutes or so. In actuality, the wait is closer to an hour. Mind you, these prescriptions are called in in the am. For instance, my scrip was sent to Bartell's at 10 am today, and at 5 pm, they hadn't even started on the order. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Completely appalled by the treatment i received at this pharmacy. Not only did it take them three days (and that three days of showing up expecting my rx only to be told it would be another 15 minutes) for them to come clean and tell me they did not have my meds and needed to order them. but when i called to have them transfer my script to a pharmacy that could fill my beta-blocker, the girl was so rude, talking over me and trying to argue with me when i was already upset and then ultimately hung up on me. Totally unprofessional. i would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone with an acute condition that requires prompt, on-time service. i won't even be shopping here again. their people obviously don't care about being part of this community or maybe they just hate their job, who knows. This was the most horrible experience i've dealt with at a pharmacy. read more

I will never go to this pharmacy again! My doc called in a prescription at 5 pm and when I got there at 7 pm and had waited in a slow line I was told that it would be another hour to fill one prescription for Prednisone. An hour when my doc had called it in 2 hours earlier? They were not apologetic at all about taking so long. When I came back to pick up the Rx I was unclear about the instructions. The pharmacist went through the instructions very fast, so I asked her to write it down since the medicine needed to be tapered ~ I had to take a different number of pills for a certain amount of days. She huffed off and wrote it down after being very short with me. She was just plain RUDE! I wish I had noticed her name. She had shoulder length light brown hair and was older. I have never been made to feel so stupid. I love Bartell's to shop at. I like to support small stores, however the way I was treated at their pharmacy had me thinking about not even giving my business to Bartell's any longer. read more
