I'd heard that at other shops only to find a piece or two in my size. At Runway, many, many things were stocked in my size. I tried on about two dozen pieces and came home with an unconstructed jacket for work, a gorgeous velvet top, an elegant blouse, super cute flared jeans. and an extremely flattering split-hem sweatshirt. My daughter found a couple great shirt jackets and a flattering pair of jeans with her very-hard-to-find 36 inch inseam. We were thrilled! Prices were really reasonable given the quality. It's unlikely we'd have found half of what we left with on your own. Yasmine is that true professional who knows far better than you what will suit you. So glad we took a chance on Runway!

Perhaps, a little training would be in order on customer service.

This is so much easier than dealing with UPS. On my last trip to the store, I returned a purse purchased online, found an amazing fragrance, and bought another Coach purse. A wide variety of footwear from little kids shoes to Danner work boots, ladies dress shoes to the proper footwear for whatever sport is in season. I'm going in tomorrow for another pair of Danner work boots while my son picks out this years basketball shoes. Keep in mind, this is a SHOE STORE. You won't find weight sets or coolers or cheap camping gear. What you will find is a staff that knows footwear, and knows how to find your size and fit you into what you want. In other words, you get service. A rare commodity in today's retail world.
