They were friendly to other customers in the time I was there however so maybe my timing was just poor. The store was not laid out in way that made much sense to me but with some wandering you could find almost anything. They did have a cute kids section that had some pacific NW themed books and toys. They were not marked down but we picked one up anyway. Similarly the blankets were priced as is not discounted or applicable to any promotions they had. I was skeptical that a store founded by the mom of a professional model would stock anything that fit me. But Yasmine assured me they stocked from double zero to 20. I'd heard that at other shops only to find a piece or two in my size. At Runway, many, many things were stocked in my size. I tried on about two dozen pieces and came home with an unconstructed jacket for work, a gorgeous velvet top, an elegant blouse, super cute flared jeans. and an extremely flattering split-hem sweatshirt. My daughter found a couple great shirt jackets and a flattering pair of jeans with her very-hard-to-find 36 inch inseam. We were thrilled! Prices were really reasonable given the quality. It's unlikely we'd have found half of what we left with on your own. Yasmine is that true professional who knows far better than you what will suit you. So glad we took a chance on Runway!

I felt so bad, I've never tried on cowboy hats at all, I had no idea what size I was, apparently I have a very small head. #themoreyouknow Anyway she was awesome! Helped stuff the hat with foam to help fit better. I fell in love with this damn hat. And a dozen other things in the store!
