I had an hour appointment for my sore back from driving all day. He worked on the side that wasn't…read morebothering me for a half hour; however, when it was time to do the side that was bothering me, they had a walk-in customer and the lady came back and said that it was my first visit so they would only do 30 minutes. I told her he hadn't touched the side that was bothering me and she said something to him and he rubbed a bit on the other side, and she said it was time to go. It was to be $50.00 for an hour, and she charged me $44.00 for the half hour, and I signed the charge. She said I forgot the tip, so I put a dollar but wish I had thought to put .25 as I was angry. My wife goes there, but I will never set foot in the place again because they have no idea what customer service is, nor do they practice first-come, first-served. The new customer even said that she was not in a hurry. I got zero benefit from spending $45.00.
