During my massage, I repeatedly noticed the smell of someone passing gas. I wasn't sure where it was coming from, so I didn't say anything at the time. After our session, while we were getting dressed, my husband mentioned--before I even brought it up--that he had smelled it several times as well. He said he believed it was coming from his massage therapist because her lower body was positioned very close to his head during parts of the massage. This was extremely distracting and made what should have been a relaxing experience uncomfortable. We have had many massages over the years and have never experienced anything like this before. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but maintaining professionalism and consideration for clients is important in an environment where therapists work in such close proximity to them. The esthetician started the facial, but halfway through she stopped and said the products might be too harsh for me. It kinda sucked cause I didn't really get the full experience. I get that they didn't wanna risk irritating my skin, but I wish they had more options for sensitive types. Felt like a waste of time lowkey. They did encourage me to book a full facial so that I could customize my products I can get but I'm a little afraid to go back . After you pay, he has a sign BEHIND the price list with optional gratuity/tip up to 60% based on the duration of your chosen massage. It's not advertised and is a sign behind the price list most likely because it's ridiculous. I felt VERY UNSAFE as he made a condescending face at me and scowled after I paid for the services and tried to leave the counter after me towards the door. Be prepared for them to try and bully you and frown when you decline AFTER you've paid for your services. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....AND if you pay by card they charge an additional $4 per transaction. Beware! Not to mention, the massage was rushed and VERY subpar. He was coughing and hacking in my ear throughout the entire massage like he was sick/under the weather...which is a health hazard...no mask...no washing of his hands or hand sanitizer in sight....and the place is not clean. There was dirt on the walls and the floor was dirty and I was the first massage of the day! Will NOT be returning! At least 6 times one of the other workers entered my room and carried on conversations with my masseuse while I was exposed. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from other works and clients throughout your entire massage. The blankets were torn and used and there's only a thin curtain between the hallway and the rooms. This place should be shut down!! I'll need to check my transaction to make sure he didn't add his own tip to my debit card receipt seeing how desperate and rude he was! I hope this review helps someone!
