Tim and I had a back-and-forth of e-mails hashing out what it was my husband and I were looking for and basically customizing a service plan to meet our needs. I hadn't gotten a new proposal from him, so I e-mailed him asking for an updated proposal so that we had all the details communicated in one central document. A woman named Gina e-mailed me, saying she'd have the proposal sent to me by the end of that day and, sure enough, I had it in my e-mail at 3:46 p.m. I noticed on the proposal that the website listed did not actually go to the company's website, so I pointed that out to her as an FYI, and then I also asked one other simple question: Also, I noticed the website lists the business license number, but no license numbers for certified pest inspectors. I know the site said that your applicators are collectively certified in I think 26 areas? But I was hoping you could provide a but more information about the pest managers. This is, verbatim, the reply I got: Melissa It is apparent to me that you are not genuinely interested in our company doing your work. Each of our technicians our certified by the dept of agriculture whom we in fact perform service at their own location. We are not a good fit for you. We have attempted to provide you with adequate time and information to no avail and our efforts are better invested in those interested in superior pest management. We were not aware that it was too great a favor to ask for information about the people who will be in and around our home. Enviro assumed all of Keystones clients and said they would match their pricing. Before I contracted Keystone, I got an estimate from Enviro to treat my 1/4 acre lot. I was quoted $100.00 and moved on to Keystone who quoted $65.00 and I engaged their services. When they came back the 2nd time they were honest enough to say I was overcharged for the size of my lot and gave me a $25.00 credit . So Enviro agreed to treat my lot for $40.00+ tax. 2 days later I received a contract in the mail from Enviro quoting, now $150.00 per application with a $600.00 annual charge. It would seem that Enviro has a haphazard method of quoting their work giving out prices that they obviously think people will unwittingly agree to. If you're looking for a reputable pest control company....look elsewhere...these folks are shady

(A major limb had come down after a recent storm, and it rendered the tree unsalvageable.) The guys were courteous, professional, and did an amazing job dissecting the tree and working with the crane operator to lift the tree by sections over the power lines. They then laid them down in our driveway, where they carved them up and carted them away. They left the site spotless. I hope we don't need them again for a while, but they'll be the only ones we call in the future.

The call center took all my information and scheduled a whole-house inspection for me. The technician was supposed to arrive at 1pm, and when no one showed up or texted I called back. The local representative said they didn't have me on the roster, but saw in the notes that an appointment had indeed been scheduled. She put me on hold, and then came back on the line to say someone was on their way. That was 3 hours ago. I just called back a third time and asked to speak with a manager, who is of course not there. Please don't use them- it isn't worth your time.

The problem is in the service that schedules appointments. They call via to set up appointments but do not leave a message, so I often miss the appointment. The technician will then spray only outside my home unless I call him to reschedule. This could be solved with a simple voicemail, but they refuse to fix this simple issue. Their service is too expensive to expect me to have to make a bunch of calls each time they come out. When you call customer service, they could care less.
