Andy came out and was very professional. He eradicated the problem and removed the nests. He cautioned me to stay away from the area for 24 hours. One day later, I checked and only a few lost wasps came and left once they realized they were homeless, just as he said would happen. (A major limb had come down after a recent storm, and it rendered the tree unsalvageable.) The guys were courteous, professional, and did an amazing job dissecting the tree and working with the crane operator to lift the tree by sections over the power lines. They then laid them down in our driveway, where they carved them up and carted them away. They left the site spotless. The call center took all my information and scheduled a whole-house inspection for me. The technician was supposed to arrive at 1pm, and when no one showed up or texted I called back. The local representative said they didn't have me on the roster, but saw in the notes that an appointment had indeed been scheduled. She put me on hold, and then came back on the line to say someone was on their way. That was 3 hours ago. I just called back a third time and asked to speak with a manager, who is of course not there. Please don't use them- it isn't worth your time.
