Ellis Brothers Furniture in Binghamton was the closest. I called and spoke to Tom Ellis who confirmed that they did carry the high-end carpeting I was seeking. I drove out to Binghamton, met Tom, and can't say enough about the customer service Tom provided. Tom went out of his way to make sure I was given a very competitive, affordable price, set-up delivery to my carpet installer, and provided me status updates on delivery times. Tom helped me pick out another Fabrica carpet for our historic home and this was delivered as well. My experience at Ellis Brothers Furniture brought me back to a time when businesses treated their customers like family. I sure felt this each time I spoke to Tom or his staff. Tom went out of his way from the moment he answered my first call through the time the carpet was installed at my home. I will surely be purchasing again from Ellis Brothers.
