Initially through Yelp the person quoted me at $30 for just the re-key (completely in-line and even lower than the nearest estimate I'd gotten). The rekey went fine, but the smart lock was installed with screws missing, the weather sealing rubber stripped off and the door chipped from the latch. They were told multiple times that we had attempted the lock ourselves and were running into the same issue, but they continued to try to brute force it. The end quote was $220, the seller said the $30 was "just to show up." We told them to take the lock off, and still had to pay $150 for a lock I have to reassemble and a door I have to repaint.

After discussing the job and identifying the fob, he needed to order it. I live out of town and we agreed to meet-up in a location about half way between us. I was very happy with the service, the OEM fob and emergency key cutting service was less than half of what the dealer quoted me and the fob, programing and emergency key have a year warranty on the service.
