She asked what price I was quoted this year. I told her I would rather she do her quote and I will make a decision without giving up that information. A few minutes later in the conversation she asked again what the price was and I said "a lot more than I paid last year". She said "you're not going to tell me are you?" I said no. She looked irritated. It's not fair to barely beat another competitor to get the business which I've experienced before. I wanted the honest quote which should have been easy enough to do with everything I left her. I waited for her to respond a couple weeks and never heard back. I ended up with another carrier and feel very comfortable with them. It all worked out for the best.
