We had 30 days to apply for help or find a place pay deposit, etc. No washer or dryer outlets, no laundry facilities. Yards, weeds not being kept up here. Mulch was poured out with no under covering. Guess they are on strike til the money comes in. All we could do is request a judge to arbitrate and make a decision

I knew I needed a new air conditioning unit, as it has been working poorly and leaking for years, and I was told by another HVAC company in the fall that my furnace was dangerously in need to replacing. Wyatt came out and looked over everything. I gave him every opportunity to take advantage of the situation. I was prepared to replace a furnace and two air conditioning units if need be. In the end, Wyatt recommended replacing one air conditioning unit and told me the furnace was safe and not in need to replacing. He recommended I upgrade from a 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit. Aaron came out to replace the air conditioner a few days later. He did a great job and left minimal debris to clean up. The new system cools my upstairs better than I had even hoped for. Value? I really don't know. Everything seems so high now. But I would say that Wyatt could have socked me with a furnace a two air conditioners, so the value I'd say is with the honest evaluation and recommendations you get. I wanted to work with simply an HVAC company, not one of these do it all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses they all seem to be moving to. I like people who focus and specialize. I strongly recommend the business and will be working with them in the future.

Unsafe Generator Installation -- Months Without a Safe System…read moreSynergy Home installed my generator this April. From the start: wiring errors, repeated outages, and multiple service visits that never fixed the root problem. July: Water from a faulty conduit leaked into my electrical panel, causing a burning smell and clicking noises. Kentucky Utilities inspected, confirmed the danger, and shut off power to my home. Synergy restarted it -- but still missed the cause. Weeks later, Generac had me do a manual load test. It failed again with the same burning smell. Only then did Synergy send a different technician, who finally found the real issues: poorly stripped wiring, a broken seal from conduit torque, and water intrusion. After months of safety risks, outages, and stress, Synergy's "compensation" was only a 5-year service contract... meaning the same company that caused the unsafe installation expected me to trust them to maintain it. I cannot recommend them

She is very happy to be able to turn on the water again without feeling pain. I highly recommend Cecil's plumbing service, they were able to track down replacements for the older parts and Josh installed them quickly and they work great. Like any other carpet store or a big box flooring department, carpet samples were arranged according to color and height etc. but instead of gigantic, heavy, books or dusty shelves, Carpet One samples are Velcro-attached to multiple trays which rotate in a Ferris wheel fashion -the set up reminded me of those display cases you will see in coin & jewelry stores. A motion switch is mounted for the salesperson to operate giving them control to rotate the trays forward or in reverse. As the trays rotate each passes through an optimal viewing top shelf position, brightly illuminated, only inches away from inspection. The entire experience, from selection to installation, was first rate and I would recommend this store to Yelpers everywhere:-)
