Not only was he super nice and professional, but I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He inspected my windows and said that they were actually in good shape - they just needed their cords to be replaced. I was able to schedule the work with him quickly and one of his staff came out and did a great job. Windows that haven't opened in who-knows-how-long are now completely operable! He even moved a window for us that is being relocated to a different part of the house. We knew the rent would be raised but never told until the last month. The rent was raised over $500 mnth. plus pay water and sewage. We had 30 days to apply for help or find a place pay deposit, etc. No washer or dryer outlets, no laundry facilities. Yards, weeds not being kept up here. Mulch was poured out with no under covering. Guess they are on strike til the money comes in. All we could do is request a judge to arbitrate and make a decision
