Great service! I had my air ducts cleaned on a Friday and shortly after that my ac quit working. I sent a request for service in via their website and early Monday morning they called to set up an appointment for later that day! The technician was extremely friendly and explained several things to me (much appreciated as a new homeowner). The duct cleaners had left an enormous mess that stopped was affecting the system but the tech cleaned it out for me and did some routine maintenance as well. Photos attached are the mess they cleaned out. The price was also a huge relief - incredibly reasonable and well worth it to keep your system going when it's 35yrs old like mine. I have been on contract with Bash since 1995 and have had nothing but wonderful luck with them. They come twice a year to check the furnace or AC, do whatever maintenance needs to be done, extremely friendly, answer all my questions, very neat and clean. Family owned so I feel like they do care, they train their people well, and they don't hire just anybody. I have had the same gentleman come for several years and he is terrific. I feel the price of the contract is very fair, and fortunately have not needed any major work done but if I did, this is who I would trust. Highly recommend Bash Heating and AC. read more

Over 20 years ago, I contacted Bash for help with my air conditioner. It was almost new, and as a 1st time homeowner, I didn't have a clue of what to do or who to call (I called friends and no referrals there), etc.. I found the name on the air conditioner, and contacted Bash. Since the air conditioner just basically died on me, the owner kindly offered to negotiate with me. As a results of his understanding and generosity, I bought a new fair priced air conditioner. This was the start of a beautiful relationship. During this 20-something relationship, I have NEVER been disappointed with their service, and would not have anyone touching my furnace or air conditioner. Been using Bash for 40+ years, including regular check-ups, installation of both heating and cooling. Never had a bad experience, ever. Guys always polite, respectful, and, most importantly, competent. Today was exceptional because Robb did yearly check as usual, AND taught me all about my new Smart Thermostat which was a lot smarter than me. They put in a new ac and heating unit for me. They did a great job. It was not a easy instal as the system replaced was 50 years old. Since then they have been out to do regular service. We have not had any problems. Would recommend without any hesitation. This is a great local company to do business with. read more

Noticed a gas leak today. The gas company was able to come out and repair the pipe that leaked. After the leak was fixed our gas stove would not light. Called Bash around 4, said they would contact us shortly. After the technician called, we discussed what was wrong and what needed to be done, they said they would be out shortly. Technician called back shortly after 6 saying supervisors wouldn't let him work on gas stoves. Would appreciate all technicians knowing what they are allowed to work on before they make promises. read more

My air conditioner died on Sunday. We called early Monday morning & they came by 11:45am. A coworker recommended them to me. My motor needed to be replaced. They were fast & friendly. Absolutely no problems this company & it cost me a little under $250. Will most definitely use these folks again. read more

My HVAC system is over 30 years old so every year I have to call a repair firm. Bash is the quickest and very reasonable. They also never take advantage of the age of my system with a sales pitch. This morning there was water all over the basement floor (clogged drain AC pipe). They came within 20 minutes, fixed the problem and refused payment since they had been here last week to fix an unrelated issue. I love these guys! read more

I had bash come out last year when our air conditioner went out and they what we thought "fixed" it. Now not even a year later we had to get our air conditioner fixed again, I called a different company to come look at it and see what was wrong and they told me that bash put way to much refrigerant in it and over charged it. Luckily it didn't ruin our compressor but we could have had to buy a whole new unit if we kept running it they way we were. I am very unhappy that they were not paying attention enough to make sure that our air conditioner was fixed correctly. I called to let them know what happened and they said there is nothing they will do to fix the problem. I will not be going back to bash. read more
