The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.

Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning has installed two systems for us in the past decade. We have…read morebeen extremely pleased with both installations. Most recently, spring, 2025, we decided upon a geo-thermal heat pump. They sell GeoComfort systems, which after my extensive investigation on the web looked like a very good choice. Bracher's salesperson, Todd, envisioned our installation as if it was his own home. The crew was friendly, efficient and competent. (And they wore booties over their shoes to avoid soiling the carpet.) When one of the pumps failed during its first hours they sent two technicians to fully troubleshoot the system and replace the pump. (The failure was not Bratcher's fault.) Of course, like any customer, we wanted a good price and Bratcher not only quoted a very reasonable price without frills and unnecessary extras (everything essential was included), but suggested we use our existing ultra-high efficiency gas furnace for backup heat in the winter since it gets pretty cold here. (Geothermal stops working when the outdoor temperature falls below 20-15 degrees F.) That saved us a lot of money. They also made sure we could continue using our Ecobee smart thermostat. They installed a new cable from the basement system to the upstairs thermostat at no extra charge. All through the complex installation Todd would stop by to insure the installation was proceeding as expected. The outdoor temperatures this week hovered near 100 degrees, but inside it's a pleasant 72 and we're hardly using any electric power. I assure you that Bratcher did not suggest or request this review. I just get effusive when I have a pleasant experience with a contractor and things go right.
