I'm on the phone with her while I have my father there getting my tires for me. I'm trying to put them on my discount tire credit account, I give her my social and she tells me there's no credit & I said ok & that was it she ended the conversation. She doesn't offer me to reapply or anything just hands the phone back to my father and tells him there's no credit. Doesn't offer more help or information & my father had to pay out of pocket. This is so frustrating. The first time I dealt with her it was in person back in October and she wasn't helpful at all.

So, I wait two more days and no call. I call back on March 19th, they "lost my order" and they are going to reorder them expedited. March 26th I call up there cause its been another week with no call, told "I'll call FedEx and give you a call right back." No call back so I call again on March 27th and a different guy says, "I don't see your order in here, what do you want to order?" The level of incompetence is insane, and I don't have my wheel locks or my money back. I really want a manager to reach out to me and make this right.

I was told it was nothing. Well it WAS something, a stuck break caliper which had almost locked my tire up completely. Dangerous and not cool. Allen's tire was the only place that found the problem, fixed it and didnt charge unreasonable rates. Took my car back months later to check a sound and wasn't charged for time removing all tires and testing things. Laid back folks but hard working...highly recommend!

I took it to another shop and was told the oil is leaking from the rear main seal. Discount said the oil was leaking from the oil pan. They were unwilling to make it right. They quoted me $1,169.00 or appx to fix the other leak and stated they would give me a 20 percent discount for my troubles. Does this sound fair ? it doesn't to me. I pulled off on the New Waverly exit and parked on the frontage road. Got on the insurance app and they called Drakes towing. The truck arrived in just over an hour. That gave us time to find an rv park less than a mile away! The driver, Joel was very professional and figured out how to tow our truck and camper. Loaded the truck and hooked up the camper to tow it to the rv park, backed it into the site perfectly! Then we went to the repair shop and he dropped the truck off while I gave them the necessary information. Joel even gave me a ride back to the camper since it was on his way! Snobby racist service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices…read more I had a engine come on and a weird grinding sound on the front end of my SUV. I went to Wiesner for what I thought was a simple thing like breaks and rotors. Once there, a blonde service writer in some gawd-awful yoga pants told me that I would need a timing chain, belts, cam shaft, solenoids... The first estimate was $3600. Went back to check on it after the mechanic says they did a multi point inspection and the estimate was $2800. Thought they would fix it for that price then I was told it was $3500 for the repairs. When I picked it up they wanted to add another $1000 repair for the front hub and bearings because they said it was making a grinding noise. That's what I wanted fixed but they told me it was all of the other repairs!!!!!!!!! I'm not being a petty complainer here but when I asked questions about parts and the repairs they couldn't explain it to me. EPIC FAIL for customer service.
