As a part of our correspondence with him we related our past experiences and wanted to know how he did things different- how could his approach work where other efforts had failed? We got nothing, absolutely nothing of value- just a lot of lack of follow through and wasted time. I simply cannot recommend a company that has such poor communication practices. We were really hoping for better. I hope Scott is just a bad apple, its sounds like Michael Brandt was really doing great work for people.
