Based on the high quality work done on first jobs (see 5/21 review) I had Carlos and his crew…read moreundertake 2 more remodeling projects......demo/replace wall tile/paneling and surround fireplace. I bought all the materials and he did all the labor, usually with one helper each day, taking about 3 almost full work days and charging only $500. Nicely done and will post photo of fireplace and hearth/bench. Final job of completely remodeling master bath was completed yesterday. Again I selected and bought all the materials, and paid $3000 for labor.....at least a $3000 saving under other bidder. This job took 9 work days for 2-3 workers everyday but they removed all tlle, gutted the shower, removed appliances including vanity, and retiled from scratch and did a beaurtiful job with some bonus touches such as framing the mirror and installing plastic baseboards. Quality of tile work was much superior to prior surfaces, however the master tile guy spoke minimal english and sometimes made decisions on his own without asking...also rigid about what materials he used. However Carlos acted as buffer and we ended up with a fine product...and Carlos was proud of the results.

Get everything in writing. We had drywall done in our kitchen. Plaster dried to the walls everywhere, that we had to clean up. Electric was done as well, in the placement of recessed lighting and we have had to call in an Electrician to repair the work. We were also expecting the ceiling to be finished, which was not done. Obviously, not happy. Would never use them again.

BEWARE, OWNER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS CREWS WORK!…read more Save yourself some headaches and go elsewhere! I used this company and the job was a disaster. Non- English speaking crew didn't follow the mfg. instructions for installing the liner and it pulled loose from the track hours after they left. They used latex caulking on the bottom drain and told me they were using silicone. The bottom tract holding the wall (36 inches below grade) was damaged beyond repair when the liner came loose. Bottom line was I wound up having to replace the entire pool which is a specially designed for below grade use. Because they cut the return and skimmer holes too early in the fill process, I couldn't even reuse the brand new $500 liner. I ask the owner for a refund of half what I had paid his crew ($600) to install it and he eventually offered $100 if I wouldn't leave this review. I declined his less than fair offer. I was out $11k before it was over. Filed a report with the FCLB (Florida Contractor Licensing Bureau). As a contractor the licensee is responsible for the work done by his/her employees.

Our pool collapsed two days ago due to this company's installation mistake. We had our pool…read moreinstalled by this company nine years ago and at that time I was happy with the installation other than they left tons of wrinkles in the liner and it was a bit loose but over time that was okay. The main problem which I never actually noticed until years later was that on the opposite side of the skimmer and return (where we don't get in and out or really go on that side much) there was another cutout area for a skimmer and return. So either they cut them out twice for an unknown reason or there was a precut area they didn't use and instead cut another area but I have no idea why. This was a pool made by Doughboy company so it was a very good quality. The area where these two cutout places were left ended up causing rust to start accumulating inside but we weren't aware of it being so terrible because it was hidden by the liner. So two days ago the pool collapsed and thank the good Lord no one was standing there as this was a 33 foot round pool with 26,000 gallons of water. The water did not damage anything and ran down through our five acres without harming any person or thing thankfully. However, we now have no pool due to this and will have to spend quite a lot of money to buy a new one. We have taken meticulous care of this pool and felt it should last twenty years or more but now we're stuck having to buy another one. We will definitely not be using this company for the install. p.s. Why is this company not found on Google? I know I left a good review for them and was trying to find it to edit but can't find them at all, so strange.
