Lloyd and his crew created an amazing layout of pavers. After Lloyd gave us an estimate, we were scheduled a few weeks out. We had a patio that connected to a wood deck, the wood composite was rotten. Lloyd advised making one copacetic area using all pavers, we chose Citystone Demi pavers. The estimate was comparable, work was very satisfactory, they went above and beyond, finishing off an are near we had not considered. We highly recommend Hilimire Pavers. They were effective, efficient, and professional. For us, one aspect of doing business is communications, they explaining the process as they worked. We were updated throughout the process. The final restored, cleaned and sealed deck is beautiful. They are magicians! Professional, prompt, fairly priced, fabulous end product! They even came back and cleaned my micro-drain to make sure it didn't have any residual sand in it!

***UPDATE: over a month later - and several broken promises later - and not another dime of the…read morepromised refund, with zero communication after missing deadline after deadline. And in digging deeper into the permit application he filed with the City of Clearwater, he provided a contractor license number that I am unable to verify. When I asked if he was permitted several months ago, he sent me an IRS tax ID, not a license number. He has since ignored my request to provide his contractor number and I cannot verify the company with the State of Florida. I strongly suspect he is working without a license (I'm happy to correct this review as soon as he provides the information I've requested). Antonio Pavers did decent work on a very small job for us, and on that basis we contracted them to do an entire driveway replacement. It was an unmitigated disaster. They were completely unqualified to navigate the permitting process, even when we stepped in to help by preparing the documents and meeting with the city. We finally had to terminate the contract and they agreed - in writing, several times - to refund the substantial security deposit we had paid. To date, they have failed repeatedly to make the refund payments they have committed to, in writing. This includes a signed BBB agreement. Constant excuses and unfulfilled promises to pay "this week" - I have lost track of the number of times the owner has made a commitment to make good on his word. We are still out over $1000 in funds we paid that (a) resulted in NO work completed, and (b) he has promised, repeatedly, to refund. Clearly this company cannot be trusted.
