I am a real estate investor with a small portfolio. Basit has been doing my taxes for a few years now and I recommend him highly. He went above and beyond for me recently. I needed his help during a refinance on one of my properties because the lender needed my return from the IRS for income verification. Unfortunately, the IRS is way behind on processing returns and I almost missed the window to refinance and keep my rate as the rates were going up. Basit communicated with the lender directly, certified that I was being truthful about income, and explained the IRS situation to their satisfaction, allowing me to close on my loan in a timely manner.
