I called Bloomberry Flowers and Gifts on a Friday at 10 minutes before 4:00 pm. Ten minutes before they close. The service started at 10:00 am. On Saturday, the shop doesn't open until 10:00! I wasn't sure they would even pick up the phone. The sweetest lady heard me and said yes, she was sending several items from her shop to the church. She said she knew it started at 10:00 and our flowers would be there on time. My husband and one of my sons were at the service. They came home and couldn't wait to tell me that the big basket of plants I ordered was the most beautiful item there. Everyone kept coming up to tell them all about the gorgeous basket. The one I ordered at 4:00, the afternoon before, and this lovely lady had it there at the church before the people started to come in the next moment. Finding a florest this day and time is almost impossible. If you want a caring shop that you can depend on, and the product has everyone talking about it, please give this shop a call or visit the next time you need one. I will never go to anyone else!

She reached out to the owner directly who confirmed that they have the order and that it would actually be delivered between 12 and 2 on Sunday May 10th, Mother's Day. I called my mother to wish her a happy Mother's Day and see if she had received the flowers. She said no. Later the business owner reached out to my Fiance saying that sorry we missed your order. We can deliver it tomorrow or do a full refund. What kind of business practice is that, by tomorrow? It's already too late. That is not a resolution -- that's an insult dressed up as customer service. "Tomorrow" completely defeats the purpose. This was a time-sensitive, emotionally significant order. The entire point was the day itself. You had basically two opportunities to confirm the order and deliver the order; yet, you still failed to deliver on your end. If this was my business, I would've delivered the flowers MYSELF even if it was 10, 11, 12 o'clock at night. It's MOTHER'S DAY. Clearly this florist, or so they call themselves, can't be trusted with any kind of timely delivery or professionalism. Clearly from the other reviews, they have zero accountability. If you can't handle the amount of orders coming in, don't keep taking more orders. Refund given back or not, it doesn't give us back the moment/opportunity we were trying to create.

Must admit, first time walking in, the shop is very old and resembles many of the antique/junk shops up and down Hwy 70. There are boatloads of what looks like yard sale rejects from 15-20 years ago sitting around all over the place collecting dust. I honestly didn't know what to make of all that at first. Also in complete transparency, there aren't many flowers for a florist. They must do most of their business in the back and/or custom, as all they had were a few roses and a small handful of other common flowers (less than 5 different types) on display - along with about 3-4 pre-made arrangements in vases. For what I was needing though, the flowers and price (and the service/friendliness) were outstanding. I got a dozen freshly-cut red roses for the walk-out price of $12.95 (no vase, no other accoutrements e.g. babys breath). The lady checked me out expediently and I had no problems purchasing or receiving exactly what I walked in looking for. The only other thing I would have purchased, if it would have been available, was a Valentine's Day card. We are 3 weeks out from V-day, I get it, but with a GIANT wall of cards (all of which look to be about as old as the decor and "junk" laying around) there wasn't a single V-day card on the shelf. Otherwise, I had no issues and the flowers look great! Would stop in again with no hesitations if all I needed was a dozen roses.

I even picked up a pencil plant or euphorbia tirucalli for you succulent aficionados out there. This is a gift shop that compliments their indoor plant shop! It has house decor, greeting cards, candy, candles, kid and dog toys, totes, and more! I really wanted the plant lady door mat and gonna see if it's there when I need a replacement for mine. It's quaint and smaller than I imagined. You've got to look up and down and all round so you don't miss all the different items offered. They will gift wrap your gifts even if you didn't buy it there. Today was awesome bc they treated us to HiFi cookies. I was told they will have them for sale in the future!
