Knowing that it is a marbleized cut and fattier, it still could have been a much better cut of meat. I ordered it medium and it was red and uncooked, I had to tell the server to have them put it back on the grill. Then my $3 mushrooms for the steak. Back home or other places, they put the mushroom on top. She actually said it would come on a side dish. Ok, whatever, but once my steak came back, I had to wait since she had evidently forgotten them. A small plate of canned, "heated " mushrooms eventually arrived. Meh. Put them on my fatty piece of steak and ate them anyway. I am used to marinated mushrooms for steak like most of us, so to have them straight for a can with no seasoning is nasty. The salad bar was good, but like another review stated, nothing is labeled and should be, like the dressings and the multiple salads they had, tuna, potato, etc.....
