At no point did anyone seem interested in actually helping or even listening. What disappointed me most wasn't the charge itself, it was the complete lack of customer care afterward. I understand large companies may not feel the impact of losing a single customer, but we still have the right to choose where we spend our money, and we won't continue supporting a company that treats customers this way. In the clothing section, I was perusing a shirt table and an employee, unprompted, told me about a special they were having and advised me of various styles and sizes. The two people I interacted with at checkout were also stellar -- engaging and personable, smiling and in a good mood.
