I was excited because Springfield OHD couldn't get to me before the 31st of January, two weeks later unless I agreed to pay their overtime rate. Fortunately I called Midwest OHD. Josh called a little after 9:00 and left a voicemail saying he would be there in about 45 minutes. When he arrived he was polite, professional and quickly identified and corrected my problem.
