It was about 15 minutes before they closed and when we arrived they were so kind and helpful. The service was quick and the price was great! The two ladies at the front desk were awesome and Ronnie and Mike as well. I wish I caught all their names but didn't. Everyone was friendly, even the 3 shop cats we hung out with while we waited they gave my son some entertainment. I am happy I cancelled my roadside assistance and got to experience Ronnie's. We used to go to the amazing Cedar Park location for servicing, but have moved in the area in the past year and it is more convenient here. I was at the location for over 3hours waiting for just an oil change and inspection per my service matience package scheduled for 1:30pm. A routine task that takes 15-30 minutes. After over an hour and half I asked if they had an update because I waiting patiently for a long time for a quick service for them to tell me all day they have been down a bay and behind. Why would you not tell me when I checked in or really any point while I'm waiting? They tell me I'm still in line and they haven't even seen/started my car yet! They go to check with the mechanics and they come back and say 40 More minutes after I have been stranded at the dealership for 2 hours at this point already. They say they can pull my car and I can reschedule. How does that help me? I'm out of all of this time for work unexpectedly already and then have to come back another day and hope it goes faster when I have had long wait times both times. There wasn't that many customers and tons of inside sales employees sitting around talking. The last time I waited for a long time too for the same service and they tried to get me to agree to add services on while I was waiting instead of just doing what I scheduled. At this point it will be better for my time and sanity to just drive back to Cedar Park for service rather than deal with Lost Pines Toyota.

They do offer a monthly special car wash membership, but I went with the $10 basic wash. Normally, I prefer a touchless car wash because those brushes tend to catch on the wipers and the mirrors. Sure enough, on my way through the wash, both my mirrors were bent backwards, but not broken. You do get a very thorough wash and even the tires and rims were clean with the basic wash. There's over two dozen vacuum spots for you to clean out your car. There's even complementary glass cleaner and car fragrances with free towels. The photos spell out the rest.
