These people are awesome from the lady in the front to the techs in the back. Today my tire had a really bad leak where I had to stop every 2 miles to fill it up to make it to the shop. They were friendly, fast and didn't try to sell me a wildly expensive tire. They gave me a very reasonable option so I could make it back to Houston. I have tried to use La Grange Tire a few times. Same outcome. Keith is an absolute a**hole. ( Owner ) Took truck up there after talking to someone day before and was told to show up at 7 am they could do the job. Keith shows up and says no one would have told me to come up there to do that job. Just visited today to get a Lug Nut for my truck. Standard 33mm Lug Nut for 18 wheelers, talk to daughter and she said wait for Keith. waited over 30 mins as he was told I was waiting. He continued to walk in and out the door and look at me and not even ask what I needed. If you're going to use a tire place to fix your tire or need anything to do with tires, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND La Grange Tire. There is another about a mile down the road. Adamcik Service Station. They will help you better than Keith ever will read more

We got a flat near the Ace Hardware off 71. We were told about La Grande Tire from the staff. On Star was 180 minutes to send someone so we called La Grange Tire and they had Rodney there in 20 minutes. We ended up not having full size spare and had to get a new tire. Met Rodney back at the tire shop and was on our way soon after. They were amazing for three women headed to Galveston on a business trip. Thank you so much!! read more

I moved to La Grange in 2021 and started using La Grange Tire as my go-to mechanic shop. You need an appointment for some services like oil changes but they price VERY fairly, and do quality work. Highly recommend. read more

I'd give these boys ZERO stars if I could. I was in town, in need of a tire a little before closing. They said they couldn't do it until the next day. I was a traveler just a few hours from my destination....and I had to go elsewhere. So...if you want great customer service go to the Schneider Tire & Lube in Columbus. Been going here for years but this last time got a tire for $250.00 went back and told him it was shaking on front passenger side.... the whole front of truck was vibrating badly. Keith test drove it and came back and told us that it was the front driver side tire and proceeded to show us where the tire was worn a bit on the front driver side and then tried to tell us it was one of the back tires making it vibrate even though we knew where it was coming from. I did not want to sit and argue with him but they were rotating the tires when one of his young employees came in and said that new front passenger side tire is split...... I KNEW IT!!! Well since it was new and under warranty he said he would put a smaller tire on there until he could get money back on that new tire I bought to give us a refund. In my opinion he should have offered the refund right away. I had his tire taken off at another tire shop and decided to buy my new tires from them since they too thought that Keith was not being fair..... to this day I still have not received my refund and he has had ample time to get it to me. Feeling frustrated over all of this. UPDATE: Keith the owner called my phone one time and my husband's phone one time while we were at work with no voicemail left. He never tried to call either of us after that. I was getting my tires rotated when they noticed that the tire was split, they were not looking at the tires to find the problem free of charge for me WHATSOEVER..... He DID charge for the rotation (so statement below that La Grange tire left is a lie) and I have receipt and bank statement to prove it. He did NOT give us a full refund but gave us what was allowed on the tire that split on us and we returned the tire that was to small that we had to take off right after he put on. This place is the bomb. Keith treat us fantastic. Women are often taken advantage at auto shop these days and overcharged. We had a great experience after being told a wheel bearing was caused this awful loud noise. Since it was a Sunday and we driving home to santa Ana and no one open. We were at shop at 7:30 Monday morning and his mechanical found a small rock causing the noise. Now we're back on the road. Thank you Keith and your mechanics. read more

My husband was traveling through and had blown a tire on a trailer. He called them 4 minutes before closing and a few minutes away from the shop and told them his situation and they wouldn't wait a few minutes to put two new tires on the rims for him. While traveling home from Port Aransas to Burleson, Texas, my husband and I had a blow out on our camper just about one mile from LaGrange. We were unable to get the spare tire off the camper so we called LaGrange Tire to see if they offered roadside assistance. Boy did they ever! Within 30 minutes, one of LaGrange Tire's employees, Rex, came to our rescue. While replacing the new tire, Rex determined that the cause was an old valve stem. He suggested that we follow him to his Store so the remaining valve stems could be replaced. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the store, the 3 remaining tires were fixed and we were on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend LaGrange Tire for any of your tire needs. read more
