    Jimmy Voigt in sales, and finance manager Kaylynn Tiner made it possible for me to get in and out of this sales experience with lightening speed. We had negotiated the price before I'd even set foot in the place, so all that was left was to complete the financing docs and take possession of the car. Jimmy made it fun. He demonstrated and explained a number of features in the car. I was out of there in... minutes!

    I had the BEST experience at Lost Pines Toyota. Adam helped me find my truck and was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Daniel handled all the financials and made everything simple, clear, and easy to understand. And Pauly stepped in with support whenever I needed it, making sure every detail was taken care of. They treated me with respect every single second and made the whole process quick, smooth, and completely stress-free....no anxiety, no dread, just genuinely good, helpful people. They were also incredibly supportive of veterans and military, which meant a lot to me as a vet. It's rare to find a dealership that cares that much. Hands down, the first dealership where I felt truly helped, respected, and taken care of. Highly recommend this team! Make sure to ask for ADAM, PAULY AND DANIEL! They go above and beyond.

    Dirty starter button.

    I purchase a car not even a month ago and it was used but new to me however I brought it in for service for my start button continuously getting stuck. My appointment was at 10am didn't receive my car until 5pm and was told all they did was "clean" my start button and it was ready to go. However I had to take it to the original dealership because it had gotten worse. I had pay out of pocket for a new button & it was NOT clean at all. I will not be purchasing or taking my car to service here again!

    Sweet ride

    Had some work done on our new (used) Toyota. The service department was super helpful. It took a LITTLE bit longer than they originally said but Annie kept in the loop and apologized several times...which she didn't need to do. Really comfy waiting room. We'll be back for sure!

    Oil left in my 5Qt

    I got my serviced here about 2-3 months ago, decided to go to a different dealership bc this place had absolutely terrible service. Well now the new dealership is having issues taking off the oil filter bc they over tightened it. They also over tightened the drain plug. The 2 biggest rookie moves. So a rundown,they over charged me, overfilled my engine oil, didn't even turn off the maintenance light, didn't put air in my tires, and didn't even do a correct inspection. Please go somewhere else where they actually care for your vehicle.

    They fixed my flat. It was cold and I didn't realize that the air went out and I couldn't get thetire to seat. They went above and beyond.

    I was in a jam when my mower's tire went flat on a job. I didn't know any places on this side of town and I came by lost Pines Toyota. The techs in the tire shop helped me out big-time. They did a no cost a good deed for me. It got me back on the job and working. I thank so much you fellas.

    Made an appointment for an oil change and still waited 2-3 hours... waste of a whole day! Highly don't recommend coming to this location.

    This is the only place in town I bring my vehicles for oil changes. They're a sister garage of Rush…read moreAutomotive (located behind MainLane) and they both do great automotive work! MainLane is only open on weekdays so I usually make an appointment to get an oil change. Although they do great work, it will still take about an hour for an oil change (even with an appointment). They also do "peace of mind" inspections and caught an issue with our truck's CV axil recently and was able to get the parts ordered and fixed the very next day. I'm overall very satisfied with this company and will continue to use the for all of my vehicle needs.

    Good prices, but they tried to upsell me…read more I keep full synthetic oil in my van, and it had only been about 8k miles since my last oil change- about 500 miles more than I usually go, but still 2k less than the manufacturer recommends. First they tried to say I was 5k over the recommendation (probably based on an old Valvoline sticker- Valvoline stickers recommend a change every 3k miles as a default). When I reminded them it was full synthetic, they said well maybe it's only 2-3k over then. They said they recommend changing oil every 5k regardless if it's synthetic because "the dealership says 10, but they want your car to break down after your warranty expires". They showed me medium brown oil on a sheet of paper and tried to panic me into a whole engine oil flush talking about how dark it was. Among other things, they also suggested a $316 new battery, and a $195 washdown for an "undetermined fluid leak". I've checked my batteries recently myself and they were both fine. My van itself also monitors the main battery voltage when the van is on, and it's saying it's fine right now. I'll keep an eye on them, but they didn't even know there were two or where the second one was, so the whole conversation felt weird. All in, I declined $653.39 worth of upsells on the $89.12 oil change I came in for. I'm not saying they're bad mechanics, but it certainly seemed like they were trying to take advantage of someone they knew they wouldn't see again. The only way I got them to leave me alone about it was telling them I couldn't afford it. Just saying no wasn't enough.
