I've never had a wait less than 30 minutes from my appointment time, even when I come first thing in the morning. It's a little frustrating when I have to leave work early to get there or go back to work afterwards. If they could inform me I'd be waiting longer, I'd like to be able to wait to come in. Some of their doctors only come a few days a month too so that can make it hard to get in appointments. They are quick for general services though (like getting fitted for partial dentures) and their dentists and techs are kind.
