I have a long history with this office. This was the second time getting braces but no fault to Dr…read more Batistini or my own. I had a somewhat complicated case. In 2008 i had an expander surgically put in. I was told there could be a second portion to this procedure (breaking my jaw) if my jaw didn't line up correctly. Dr. Batistini made it so that I didn't have to have that second procedure done. I moved out of state for work in 2012 and had to have a crown put in and my dentist at the time gave me a new retainer. Slowly my jaw became to shift as my teeth were now sitting on top of each other. I even chipped a tooth in the front. I moved back to NJ in 2014 for work and went to see Dr. Batistini. I was prepared to get that second procedure done. He was able to to fix my jaw without breaking it by putting me back in braces. He even fixed my chipped tooth. My case was extensive and this office always treated me like family. They were always attentive and listened to my concerns. If I needed to be seen urgently I was given an appointment right away. If you need braces let Batistini Orthodontics brace you!!!

When you do make an appointment 9/10 times they cancel or reschedule. This is the same for general dentistry and orthodontics. I've never had a wait less than 30 minutes from my appointment time, even when I come first thing in the morning. It's a little frustrating when I have to leave work early to get there or go back to work afterwards. If they could inform me I'd be waiting longer, I'd like to be able to wait to come in. Some of their doctors only come a few days a month too so that can make it hard to get in appointments. They are quick for general services though (like getting fitted for partial dentures) and their dentists and techs are kind.
