i want to start by saying that this dentist has the very best staff!! The dentists are great! Dr Lipski is fantastic! but, let me tell you about the hygienists. in particular, Heather! Heather went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. she could see that i was nervous.. and after sitting with her for a few minutes she put me at complete ease. Her "bedside" manner needs to be not only studied but set as the example of how to treat patients. Today I received a phone call from the office. The girl told me I had a outstanding balance and unless I paid it in full I couldn't keep my dental appointment for tomorrow. She told.me they were cracking down. I told her I was already paying $ 112. Per month at a very high interest rate that this office uses and hooked me up with. Greensky. Now I have an outstanding balance of over $300 and have only been able to make payments on. I told I have insurance but 1 visit there is very expensive even with insurance. When I would her her this this her reply was hum several times and again cracking down. I go to the office in brideton it's clean and I like the staff and the dentist. Unfortunately I can't afford them not even with dental insurance and a working professional. This office is for the very rich or very poor. The middle class worker gets the squeeze. I have never experienced a kinder more helpful staff in my life. This office is very clean and up to date. Even the furnishings are modern. The front desk is always getting you worth a friendly voice and smile. The hygienist is a doll. The doctor treats you very kindly. This office makes you feel extremely welcome. They return calls promptly. They work with your schedule and check all your options with insurance. I will never go anywhere else. I wish I knew about this office many many years ago.
