My mentally challenged daughter that was at a Leroy police station (which I explained to mike) waited for 2hrs. I had even asked him if he was reliable and Deffinately going to show up, he says yes ma'am I'm getting out of bed now and leaving and then never showed up. Then to add insult to injury; chooses not to answer or call me back with any explanation or excuse as to why. Never ever use this cab company or any cab company that "mike" owns! He's a liar and completely unreliable! The only reason I gave him 1 star is because I had to in order to post this review. He's he nor his company are worth any stars not even a negative sign!

The van was very clean. Mo asked me to call him when I arrived at my hotel and even called to check in on me the next day. Flying into a new place at 1:30 am as a single woman for an hour long drive and checking into a hotel in the middle of the night is a bit scary, but knowing Mo was caring for me ride for my volunteer delivery job made me feel extra cared for!
