Then to add insult to injury; chooses not to answer or call me back with any explanation or excuse as to why. Never ever use this cab company or any cab company that "mike" owns! The van was very clean. Mo asked me to call him when I arrived at my hotel and even called to check in on me the next day. But..we had such a great experience I felt I needed to write my own review. Despite my worries, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. The limo was very classy- Well stocked, clean and very comfortable with an impressive sound system (with aux so we could all of our favorite tunes). The driver was punctual, professional and had such a great personality! He really went the extra mile in helping to make this birthday memorable for our daughter. He was so helpful and his advice regarding the Wineries was spot on! He also kept us on schedule as we requested. The whole experience was great and I'm so glad we went with Mancuso Limo.
