John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. The ride to the airport he thought he had didn't pan out, so he calls me in a panic at 10:27am when his plane leaves at 1:40pm . I made a call and Michelle answers the phone and made it happen. She did some investigation and was able to secure a driver for my dad right away. The driver got to my dad in a hurry, helped him with the bags and got him to the airport in time. When I got the call from my dad that he was at the gate of the airport the family was ecstatic. Remember I said in the beginning of this review that he is elderly. I want to personally thank Michelle and the driver whoever you may be for helping our family out to get my dad where he needed to be. Hats off to Buffalo Airport Shuttle for outstanding work.

My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

John arrived at my Erie hotel 30 minutes early, helped load my luggage, and made sure everything was handled smoothly before we even hit the road. The ride itself was in a black Cadillac 3-passenger sedan, which was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the trip. He also held a big piece of paper with my name on it to ensure that I was indeed the passenger he would be taking to Buffalo. He was a safe, attentive driver, and we had great conversation the entire way -- it made the drive fly by. We went to four different wineries and were given a bit 80 minutes to explore Niagara on the Lake! After each winery our driver put all our bottles in designated boxes so we didn't have to carry them around the whole trip- so beneficial! We went to Pellitteri Estates Winery where we tasted their award winning white ice wine (top 100 wine in the WORLD), their red ice wine, a red and a white. We received a tour of their wine cellar, vineyard and learned about history of the winery. This was my favorite of all the wineries we went to- the quality was super high and the prices were actually pretty inexpensive! I bought their Cabernet merlot which was amazing! Wish I bought another bottle. Our second winery was Caroline Cellars. Honestly I would say I liked this winery just as much as Pelliterri- Pelliterri just had a classier vibe to it. Caroline had so many different varieties to taste! My husband and I's factories were the Pinot Cherry and Plum! So obviously we got a bottle of each. Our third winery was so pretty! Konzelmann Estate Winery looks like a castle right out of a fairytale! We were given deliciously cured meats, cheeses, crackers, and DELICIOUS ice wine truffles to pair with each of our tastings. I would definitely say their Peach wine was the best! The star of this winery was definitely their ice wine truffles. I wish I bought some- big regrets! Our last winery was our driver's pick and honestly it was pretty disappointing to end with Between the Lines. None of the wines stood out to anyone in our group. It honestly tasted like very cheap wine. Everyone on the tour wish we could go back to the first two wineries! Suggestion- take Between the Lines off your itinerary!! One of my…read moreCanadian friends recommended I see some wineries so I did my research and decided on Winery Tours of Niagara's evening beer and wine tour with dinner at The Ravine Winery at the end. I couldn't have made a better decision. Our guide, Brendan picked us up the day we arrived at the bus terminal. We were nervous we might miss the tour because there was an unexpected delay crossing the border at the Peace Bridge. But I called the office and they assured us we would make it on time probably and if not they would help us to meet up with the tour. We luckily made it. Brendan was a great guide. He has a lot of energy and is knowledgeable about the local wines and the winemaking process. And he went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time. He took us to a very nice brewery, Ouest and several wineries including some extra stops of his favorites. My favorite of the wineries was Jackson Triggs because the guide there was the most knowledgeable and they gave us a tour of the whole process. The dinner at The Ravine was amazing as well. All of the vegetables in the salad are grown on the farm in back of the restaurant. I really couldn't recommend this tour more highly. Whether you're a wine snob or a novice you will enjoy it. If you do it book a tour with Brendan.
