I have never had a bad experience with this transportation company. I needed a ride to pick my granddaughter up from school and take her home, and someone from New Boyz called me back even though I hadn't left a message. The driver also called me to let me know when he was close to my house. Customer service and reliability are so important in today's world. New Boyz provides both, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. I have already done so more than once. read more

They did it again, the Lazy Boyz never showed up. This is the third time I tried to use them for transport. They are totally unreliable.

Called them for a ride this morning at 919,,he called said give him 15 minutes...then messaged me saying he was at a bank 4 minutes tops,,never showed up period, I'm disabled,,ended up having to walk in the rain,,bad business for this so called taxi service, will never call them again read more

Y'all gotta put your business cards in the area hotels or should contract with hotels when there is big events going on and organize to and from transport and then hotels can advertise that they have transport for guests who are attending said event. Called for a pickup and was told I would wait about 20 minutes. Almost twice that time later I received a text thanking me for my patience. I asked the eta and was told ten minutes later it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly an hour just to end up driving around for other pick ups. I ended up at my destination almost two hours after my original ride request. Do not use this service. They are never on time, don't communicate with their customers in a timely manner and frankly keep things far louder than necessary in their vehicle. You are most likely better off walking, you'll get there faster. read more

I would rate them as a negative 5. But in order to post this I had to give them at least a 1. I called and asked what a ride to Warsaw from Batavia would cost. I explained it was an emergency and he said $40 each way I asked if he could give us a break on part of the way home and he very rudely stated that, "I am a Business, BUSINESS, are you crazy, I can't give Breaks and stay in Business." I know it cost about $7 for gas to go round trip so I think $80 is a little excessive. The rude way he spoke to me after I explained I am disabled and it was an emergency proved to me that they have no heart and no compassion for a disabled grandma in an emergency situation. He had me ready to cry. I can't express how bad he made me feel. I will pray that God blesses them so next time someone calls in a similar situation, maybe they will at least be respectful and not rude. That man made a bad situation way worse. They are usually on time and prompt, but I needed to make this doctor appt and they were 45 minutes late.... Everytime I called they said they were on the way.. 45 minutes later a lady pulls in to take us and I stated how late they were and she didn't even apologize.. not using them ever again...... I would not recommend this taxi company. We pre-booked a pick up and drop off at Darien Lake but the driver was over 30 minutes late at both ends. Had numerous excuses but no professionalism or responsibility on his end for the delay. read more

The rude receptionist is the cherry on the cake for this company ! Very rude left my handicap father at the bus station for an hour. She notified me that my review will be flagged as a complaint no one should look into. They denied his call when I was the one who referred him to this service ,being he does not live within this area.
