While traveling to the theater our tickets were handed out on the tour bus, it was then that we found out that our seats were not as promised. Many seats were in the last row of the mezzanine. We rolled with it, when we returned we called the company, finally we reached an owner, he stated the mezzanine was an upgrade, which is a matter of opinion... our seats were promised and they were supposed to be all together. With NO apology just continually saying the same. With 40 of us dissatisfied you would think that would matter ...we even had it in writing...email sent from agent- "I have spoken with accounting, and by making some adjustments with other vendors, we would be able to offer front balcony seats at Aladdin for $20 additional per traveler." I have always been very satisfied with his transportation and surely do recommend him and his service for all your transportation needs. I trust him with my life!!! Everyone needs to call him!! He decorated our van with balloons and bachelorette banners for our sister. He went above and beyond carrying goodies from each of our winery stops back to the car for us. Even during a pandemic we felt very safe, the van was clean, everyone wore masks etc. If we ever get the chance to visit again we would use Dynamite every time! Also his adorable dog, Dynamite was the absolute cutest dachshund ever and provided us with all the puppy love.

The van was clean and comfy, it fit my group of 6 people perfectly. Ricardo was very nice and got us around to all the places we wanted, and was knowledgeable about the wineries in that area. He brought his little dachshund dog named Dynamite with him, which was welcome addition to our van. Would definitely recommend Dynamite Limo and would use it again if I am in the area.

It gave us a chance to explore the rural New York countryside. We stopped at some roadside farmers markets and bought a nice homemade cherry pie ($15) and a tray of Garlic ($6). The first room we were shown (#7) definitely smelled of cigarette smoke, so we declined it. There is a $100 fine for smoking in the rooms and we didn't want to get blamed. The second room (#19) smelled OK. Clean sheets, hot shower with good towels, comfortable mattresses in a quiet location away from the traffic noise of the road. We had a decent night sleep and hit the road refreshed early the next morning. No continental breakfast provided. Free coffee & coffee maker in the room. $5 charge for one small dog per night. Total was $104.40 after taxes booked on Expedia.
