The van was very clean. Mo asked me to call him when I arrived at my hotel and even called to check in on me the next day. Flying into a new place at 1:30 am as a single woman for an hour long drive and checking into a hotel in the middle of the night is a bit scary, but knowing Mo was caring for me ride for my volunteer delivery job made me feel extra cared for! I have called 15 different Rochester Airport Taxi services and nobody was picking up the phone because it was 2am in the morning. Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). This man drove 1.5 hours each way in the middle of the night... And thanks to him, my daughter was ON TIME for her 7am flight!!! I am so grateful for his service!
