Let's just say that my contactor was at my home for most of the day as there were some unexpected issues with installing my ceiling fan and with my front door lock. Leon, my contractor, was very easy going and friendly and when I had a problem with locking my door he came back to fix it w/no problems. Dan and Leon are great and they really care about your satisfaction as a customer. They will not let the sun go down if something is not right and you are not completely satisfied. I know it was an extremely long day for Leon as it was for me, as he shifted his work to accommodate carpet cleaners, movers, air vent and dyer duct contractors and even stop to give attention to my 10 year old yorkie poo. Last year, I needed some repairs done to my condo, including some wall and flooring work when I had…read moreto replace old heating-A/C convectors. Weder and team did a wonderful job. They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.

This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.
