$10 nail trims and they take walk-ins! I didn't have to make an appt which was great. I took both my dogs there on separate occasions last week - a 6 month old puppy and a 12 year old senior pup. Ladina took care of them both times and she was wonderful! She did such a good job and got their nails pretty short, I'm so happy I found this place. The ladies in front of the boutique shop area were also nice and welcoming. We were in and out of there within 10 minutes both times. I will be a repeat visitor and recommending to everyone I know. NEED TO UPDATE: The owner responded below and flat out lied! I sent a photo that shows the bow STILL in Darcy's hair and you CAN see the bald spot! She clearly knows that her groomer did this and will not admit to it. She is blaming me for making the bald spot or blaming the dog? REALLY?? As far as talking to me about grooming puppies - she did not but YES Darcy was very wiggly when I picked her up. She was Very happy to see me and get away from those who hurt her! Also since posting this and the one of FB many others are commenting and I will make sure to advise them to leave their reviews here also! So disappointed in the owner of Bath & Biscuits. I had been a customer for years; bringing one of my dogs in for grooming and the other for just nails. I brought my puppy in last week and the groomer pulled a dime size chunk of fur out of her head! Clearly it was from her attempting to put a bow on her. This is in addition to the cut being horrible - her legs were not cut, her face was uneven AND her back was so she looks like she went through a chopper! Honestly, I would not have even complained until I saw the hair missing from her head which is clearly NOT from clippers! I called the store, emailed photos and the owner would not admit to her groomer doing this and all she could say was "bring her back in and we will fix what ever you don't like" - ARE YOU SERIOUS? Was she going to glue hair back on my puppy's scalp?! I paid $70 for my 7 month old puppy to be traumatized! Even worse in the 6 years I had been a customer the most I paid was $45 for a groom - so I was WAY overcharged for this place to HURT my puppy! read more

It's been difficult finding a new groomer since our previous groomer moved away. Kendall did a great job! My pup is very timid & shy around new people, I was relieved when I picked him to see how much he had warmed up to her. You hear so many horror stories of groomers mistreating animals. Another plus, she finished him w/in 2 hours & did a great job! read more

I was looking for a new, more reasonable groomer. I called to ask for their rates, the lady returned my call after they closed and then let me schedule an appointment. I thought that was good start. I took my dog in on Thursday and the staff was friendly. When I picked up my dog he was barking and stressed out. When I got my dog into his carseat I noticed the uneven cut. I called and left a message when I got home. I just said my dog was there today and if they could give me a call back, did not mention any concerns. As of today (Saturday @1635), my call has not been returned. I will be returning to our regular groomer who my dog is comfortable, he knows what he likes. read more

Great cuts, service could be improved. Heard about this place at a dog park. It's close to my neighborhood, so I decided to give them a go. (Our last place has new owners and the cuts aren't as good). It's a nice place. Clean and smells good. One can't see the grooming area (unless the door is open), only the store part. We were given an opportunity to meet the groomers which I thought was a nice touch. We discussed what cuts we wanted and how short. I was asked if we wanted to put perfume, I said "no. Please, no perfume at all". I also declined bandaids and bows as we just toss them out as soon as they get home. I did ask that both of my dogs stay in the same cage and not separated if they are not being worked on. The notes seemed to be taken. I was happy. When I returned to pick up my dogs, the door to the grooming was opened and I noticed that they were in the stacked cages and couldn't even see each other. I might be a crazy person for this, but my rescue dogs are very attached to each other and grooming is stressful to them and I've always had them stay together. Then as they were bringing them in I noticed that the "perfume " and "bandanas" were circled on their cards. When I asked about that, the groomers admitted that they were perfumed... the person at the register apologized as she was the one "taking notes" and remembered me specifically asking not to do that. Lastly, I wanted to give the tip on my card. And was told that I couldn't do that. Only cash or check. Huh? I felt horrible not tipping. I never carry cash or checks and always could just add extra money on the card. Overall the cuts are really good. The dogs look great. I'm not sure if I'll return, but if I do, I'll know to bring money for tipping and triple sure that my preferences are honored. read more

Been a loyal customer of Bath and Biscuit since 2011. Never had an issue with their service until the move to Kenneth City. Always small issues with our schnauzer's cut such as wrong angle on beard or skirt. Provided a pic of our schnauzer with perfect cut.?Same problem again on recent grooming. Expressed our disappointment and was told by Cathy to find another groomer. Really? Whatever happened to customer service. Do not recommend, go elsewhere. read more
