We visited today to take advantage of the Semi-Annual Sale. Select items are on sale. I purchased candles and some body care items. Some 3 wick candles are as low as $7.99 and $12.99. Carmen was friendly during check out. She worked quickly and packaged all items carefully. read more

I have visited this location several times and it is always a pleasant experience. The location has plenty of parking, friendly staff, and is always clean. There are baskets near the entrance to help carry your purchases. Staff are always ready and willing to help you find anything. Bath and body works has great daily deals and on my most recent visit I bought 24 of the wallflower refills, each for $3.50. They had some of my favorite scents like eucalyptus rain, eucalyptus spearmint, white fiji sands, and mahogany teakwood. The location was well stocked and had some great seasonal scents. I also tried the Himalayan Oasis aromatherapy lotion. It is a great combination of lime, bergamot, and vetiver. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++. read more

Have been dealing with this location (Altamonte Springs, Fl.) for years. Just wanted to compliment the staff and managers there for caring about their customers and doing the right thing. Reviewed a price issue (Special came out right after I purchased foaming soap) expressed my concerns and was treated like my business mattered. Stop by here after work for their candle day sale. Place was actually not packed and I was able to get into the store with no waiting in line. Plenty of candles to choose from that day and I was able to get what I needed and check out in a timely manner. Associates were friendly and helpful and didn't seem overwhelm. If you don't want to go all the way to the mall, this store is perfect for you. Just like the Altamonte Mall store, this store is also following the required covid measures. At the entrance they have a small cart with sanitizer spray and shopping bags. Also they limit the store capacity so you have to stand in line outside when they reach there capacity. The lady outside was very cheerful and friendly. She also kept wiping the door handles as people walked in and out. Being a stand alone store...they are quite busy. I went on a Saturday. Not sure how weekdays are. The staff inside was helpful and attentive. Products wise, I like there hand wash and body mists. Japanese Cherry Blossom is my favorite so far. They have some nice and new winter collection. I got gel hand soap from the winter collection. read more

Walking in here can be a wondrous experience or horrid one - it totally depends on your nasal sensitives. In my case I like walking in to load up on the 5 for $6 little anti-bacterial hand gels which have at least a dozen different scents you can pick and choose from. I don't like the few which come with glitter or the fruity scented ones but if that is your thing, go rock it! They offer many hand/body lotions, candles, wall plug ins for the casa and the before mentioned gels. If you are in the mood for scents (and are not allergic to shea as one of my friends is and cannot use their stuff) then I suggest a look. Some things a bit pricey but they have deals and specials which are good to take advantage of. I like the shea butter hand creams but the tops are hexagonal which are a bit of a pain when opening it so I have not been able to buy one. read more

Today started the three wick candle sale for $9.95. We got here, the line was wrapped around the building about 50 people in front of us. The line moved smoothly, all the staff inside and outside of the store were very helpful. It was nice to have great customer service and shop at this store!! read more

I have had great experiences shopping here until November 10th , 2023! The lady helped check me out was extremely rude ! The screen put number is wasn't even up as she rudely told put my number in , when I did she gave about second do took screen away . I told her I didn't get to even put my number in she didn't care . The experience in this store can be overwhelming if you don't know what scent you're looking for. There are quite a few products to "sniff" here. They have candles, lotions, body sprays, perfumes, soaps, and antibacterial gel, to name a few. The products are good, I find the abtibacterials refreshing and way better smelling than you can find at a drug store. The lotions are very moisturizing. The products here also make really good gifts, especially during holiday time. The staff here seemed helpful and friendly on a recent holiday shopping trip. Parking can be a bit chaotic. There always seems to be a sale and you can sign up for their eclub. read more

Very mean to me while I'm 8 months pregnant. I was attempting to sign up for rewards, I said that before I started my purchase and they wouldn't sign me up. Instead, they put in someone else number to give them those points. Who does this to pregnant woman. The fat girl with glasses and the old lady are very nasty negative people. The selection is definitely lacking at this location & I was even more surprised to see the re-release of the Italian collection from the summer but minus the Bella Flora :( this is why I went!!! The spray mists which are usually $14 are all on sale for $5 today only & everything else is buy 3 get 3 free but nothing caught my eye. Disappointed. No one even heard of the Bella Flora...um ok. That was the greatest smelling hand soap EVER! The spray mists all just smell kind of like pure alcohol. They definitely redid the formula & I'm unimpressed! read more

I don't understand the low reviews. I have only had to go here once, but it was so much better than any BBW at the mall! The place wasn't crazy crowded, it was clean and organized, and of course had all the same offers and prices they have at all the stores and online. The staff was very helpful and kind, even though it was just 2 of them working on a sunday. I received 4 "Sweater Weather" hand soaps as a gift from my mother-in-law. I tried to return them to this store and the employee, Alicia (who also claimed to be the supervisor), told me she could only give a store credit of $5 each and I was "lucky" to be getting that much back because she should only give me $2.95 for each one. The soaps are $8.50 each. That is so ridiculous! She told me that she has no idea of knowing how many soaps my mother-in-law actually purchased and she could not make any assumptions. Huh? Isn't assuming my mother-in-law purchased more than 4 hand soaps an assumption? Idiot! I've never encountered such an ignorant or rude employee. I asked to speak with her manager and she refused to give me her name, stating it was for security reasons, but that I could come back to speak with her. I asked when the nameless manager would be in, and she told me she couldn't give out that information....for security reasons. I took my hand soaps to the Bath and Body at Altamonte Mall and they had absolutely no problem giving store credit for $8.50 each. I mentioned the issue I had with "Alicia" at this location and they said they've had customers tell her the same thing. So, I will NEVER go back to this store and am sending a letter to corporate about her. Alicia should not be employed at Bath and Body Works! Such an idiot! read more

Is scent-shaming a thing? Because after leaving this location today, I believe it is. I went in this afternoon knowing I would be leaving with some Forever Red, a favorite of mine even if the mini is $10. One of the sales associates pointed out the $5 Signature Collection sale but she was talking more to another customer. I didn't think anything of it at the time and spent the next 10 minutes walking around the store and seeing if, in fact, any of the other scents appealed to me. They did not. At checkout, the tall girl with dark hair proceeded to get a bit too snarky with her "is this all?" comments. So much so that she pointed out my lowly little purchase to her co-worker. Okay, (Un) Sweet Pea, I don't work there, I don't get an employee discount, but I'm pretty sure my money is just as good as anyone else's - even if it's not spent filling up one of those ludicrously oversized blue mesh bags you girls like to push on customers. When she asked for my phone number and if anyone had helped me, I almost laughed out loud. I understand this is the standard check-out script, but please. Today was the last day I'll shop at this particular location; I'll just go to the one at the Altamonte Mall, where the customer service is much better and the air is less foul because of rude sales associates. read more

Absolutely love this store! The manager Melanie is the best here, she is caring warm and friendly as are most of the girls that work here. I have tried the store in the mall but never received the same wonderful service as I get here. Here at this location it's like shopping with your best girlfriends even when you are by yourself!
