When I showed up, Margie was super sweet to me and made sure I was comfortable. I showed her pictures of the color and cut I wanted and we continued with the appointment. I noticed that she was lightening my hair all the way to the root, which is not balayage, so I grew a little nervous, but figured it would turn out fine. After all, it's just hair. Once the cut and color was over with, I knew it looked nothing like the photo I wanted. But, it didn't look horrible from what I could tell, so I paid $120 for her services and left. After I had returned home, I took a closer look at the color and realized how streaky and horrible it truly was. The color was not blended at all, and it looked like I had a stair case of highlights all over my head. There were clumps of bleach blonde everywhere. The haircut itself wasn't great, but the color was my biggest issue. Because I was leaving for spring break in two days, I panicked and had to call around all of Auburn in order to find someone else to fix my hair. Thankfully, I did, but it should've been done correctly the first time. I truly hate leaving a negative review for someone who was very sweet to me, however my hair looked horrible. I do not wish for anyone else to have the same experience as me.

i've been going here for YEARS, but how well your nails are done if getting anything other than a…read morecolor change, seriously DEPENDS ON YOUR NAIL TECH! i don't plan on going back unless i have an appointment with Nikki or i believe Kasey? thats who posts on their instagram and have done mine very well in the past. in terms of other techs, i've had a lot of bad experiences (and only continue to go back for the two girls listed above). the first two pictures are just two examples of problems i've had. the third picture was done by Nikki in December 2020 and was exactly what i asked for plus some! she was great about mixing designs from different pictures and taking her time to make sure i was happy. they're REALLY pushy about getting dip powder (every time) even after i had said i wanted acrylics, and i finally agreed, which was a mistake. then realized i have to get a new set every single time instead of fills (which is literally why i wanted new acrylics) and is so much shorter than i wanted. my natural nails were that length before she clipped them to put on the extension.

I have never had a good experience, the people are so rude and disrespectful. I had to get my insulin because I had completely ran out and they tried to say I have never gotten my insulin filled there and that they have no prescription for the type of insulin i've been on since I was 8. I have to call my doctors office every single time and every time it has been a problem on Walgreens not my doctor. I have to call my doctor and have them call Walgreens to get it situated.
