It is always packed with a big variety of merchandise. Sometimes it's a little crowded with things out on display, but it is an outlet store, so that can be expected. I've gotten some really good deals on some things there. I don't get to go to the store much any more because of my schedule. I wish that you could order things on their website. On multiple visits, I was stared at and looked over in a way that felt inappropriate and made me feel unsafe rather than welcome. This isn't about one bad interaction, it became a pattern, and it's disappointing that this kind of behavior seems to be tolerated. I want to caution other women, especially if you're shopping alone, to be aware of this. I can't in good conscience continue supporting a business where customers are made to feel this way by staff. I'd love to see this addressed, because the store itself has good finds, but I won't be returning until the environment actually feels safe and respectful for everyone.

We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.
