First of all, the gentleman working the booth was more attentive to the young girls that walked in minutes after I did then my old 40 year old self and my mother. Secondly, we all understand freedom of speech and having your own political beliefs is your right. But, when you make it a part of your advertising constantly, even for those who slightly agree with what you are using to pull people in, it is a turn off.

It fun to stop in and smell all the candles. Tip-take them outside to get a real sense of what they smell like. They must have over 100 different candles! You will definitely find one or more that you love. I got the snicker doodle cookie one. Heaven! The candles are all handmade on site. It evokes a luxurious feel within the walls of Urthy Scents. Normally, I'm sensitive to fragrances and smelling multiple bottles can oftentimes trigger a migraine when I visit competing stores, but here my nose stays neutral, and I blissfully smell away. The products, such as the reed diffusers, make lovely hostess gifts and you can feel confident you're buying a quality product. My diffuser is over five months old and nearly empty, but I'm impressed with its longevity and last week ran down to the store and bought the "Gypsy Water" replacement again so I wouldn't run out. Visitors to my home have commented that my house smells incredible. I absolutely adore this fragrance and it reminds me of Baccarat Rouge fragrance. Urthy Scent's limited-edition season line is also nice for the holidays, and I've already purchased some and given them out to get people in the spirit of the holiday season. We bought a headboard for our bed from them and when they delivered to our rental home they did a…read morepretty good number on our house and scratched the floors. My wife contacted them as soon as we found out. The owner not only claimed they absolutely didn't do it, which I would expect, but also then demanded proof about damage. When my wife supplied pictures, the owner questioned if the pictures were genuine and demanded a time stamp picture, which we supplied. When I called to follow up not only did the owner not call me back (for over a week), but when I called back to reach him he was immediatly very defensive and didn't let me speak. He said someone else was supposed to call me back. He kept interrupting me and even after I asked him to let me speak and make my point, he got upset and kept talking over me. While this may be a small commercial dispute ($100) to get the floor repaired, I would warn others not to deal with this company. It is easy to be nice when you are trying to sell something, but If they do not take care of small items and are super aggressive when you have a problem, I am not sure you want to deal with people like this. It was clear to me that they created the problem, but even though we disagree, how can they be trusted to handle a large order if they act like this over a small item. There was no offer to settle, no offer for a discount if we bought something. Nothing but that we were wrong. The owner told me that my rental company volunteered to credit me for the repair, but the rental company didn't create this damage. It was not not their responsibility. It is Pink Pineapple who did the damage. Obviously, we will never shop there again. Shoppers beware.
