Polina was great. Helpful when we asked for four shirts for my son. She pulled two different sizes…read moreoff the shelves to hold up to him for sizing. We pick the better size then asked for two of each color. She grabbed all four, rung us up, we paid, then we went home. As I am getting them out of the store bag to wash, that is when I notice one of the four is for the wrong school. Oh just perfect. An exchange will have to wait as we are 40 minutes away. Then I meet Jacqueline. On the day of the return I explain that I just need the right school shirt, an easy fix. An honest mistake was made, but we can make this right within minutes. I am given a hard time, asking am I sure this was the location I got the shirts and did I not check them when I pulled them off the shelf. When I explained the staff member helped me. Stating that as she works here, she was looking through the shirts with me to find the right size and school, she is the one to grab the shirts so I did not question her choices. Jacqueline scoffs at me when I say this. My face must have said "excuse me", as that is when Jacqueline stated she wasn't giving me a hard time. Seriously? She was actively giving me a hard time. She started to become rude, more aggressive in her words and a shift in her stance, until she looked up and remembered that someone was setting up a table in front where the school shirts were and watching our interaction. All of a sudden she makes a comment about how I was not remembering my visit correctly with a fake laugh, but then stated since I just want to exchange the item she can do this for me. As if this was my fault, but out of the goodness of her heart she will help me out. At $30 a shirt, low quality material (you can see through the polo shirts), and rude employees, I hope next year the school does not stay here and goes elsewhere. 19.10.2025

Basically, we were looking for a swimsuit and a coverup, but other things caught our eyes also. Prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, organized, and tidy. We would return again during a future trip.

But for now I'm in Sarasota and it's party central and dreams of the continuation of sugar plums and a bright tomorrow still dance in every head. This above statement, although a bit rigid, seems to be the predominant head space for our lovable assembly at the church of Never-never Land where you never have to think adult thoughts and I remember those days well. I just needed cheap sunglasses having misplaced my expensive ones and I need to cut the glare for my eyes and protect myself a little from these lovebugs having sex on my face. I know it's their season and all, but get a crack in a door of a room or somewhere a bit less intrusive. And two conversations behind my head are on the Sillyland Express going fast track to nowhere about young love, which is sweet in theory but being bastardized in verbage. I couldn't resist to ask "Who is John Gault"? - Ayn Rand in Atlas Shrugged - ziiippppidie doodaaa - to me for invoking a colossal and misguided literature missle to the solar eclipse archetypes. They miss daily sunrises and sunsets but are consumed by a moon that's only an alien observation post, and it's getting more and more common for me to wish for an abduction and To Serve Man is the book I find upon their spaceship, it's a cookbook. But capitalism isn't broken yet here and doesn't show signs of failure quite yet because my sunglasses are ten bucks with about seventy cents of tax. They're sturdy at the hinges and appear to be Costa del Mar-esq in style and lense coloration. I still love beach shops although this one isn't exactly near and beaches. The shell necklaces, shot glasses, red Lifeguard sweatshirts and tye dye as far as the eye can see. A fine shopping experience in the end of times here in Sarasota.

I bought my stuff and he was in a hurry to be nosy with the situation of my sister and dad trying to return something so he straight up threw the bag. That roach probably doesn't paid enough to have a good attitude. Also the old hag girl was also having horrible attitude and they both kept talking under their breath and Ik it stank. She also used my dads card to purchase something for him without even letting him know if she used it or not and just expected him to know. I hope they get taken away like 5 below got took away. We had the receipt, but my dad accidentally forgot to bring one of the parts that belonged with the headphones. We completely understood that the return couldn't be processed without everything, and my dad even offered to drive the 2 minutes back home to get it. What bothered us wasn't the policy, it was the way we were treated. The employee immediately started making comments that made us feel like we were doing something shady because there wasn't a sticker on the box, even though we had the original receipt and were simply trying to make a return. After my dad came back with the missing item, another employee helped us, but the experience didn't get any better. She was rude, barely acknowledged us, and when we decided to buy a shirt while we were there, she didn't communicate what she was doing. We stood there waiting to pay, and when I asked if we could pay for the shirt, she told us it had already been paid for using the card from the return. She never explained that beforehand or asked if that was how we wanted to apply the refund. The entire experience left us feeling judged and unwelcome. I understand employees have to follow store policies and prevent fraud, but there's a respectful way to treat customers. We did everything we could to cooperate, and unfortunately the customer service we received was disappointing. They need to stop giving jobs to this rude, old people.
