I placed an order to pick up on the day they had the $3.99 sale. I had stocked up on my favs. When I went to pick it up my order it had been cancelled after I had called to confirm they would hold it until Saturday. Two of the three products are out of stock and no longer carried but they had similar products in the same scent. Robin the assistant manager went way above and beyond. She made things right and actually better. The kind of customer service I received today is rare and beyond appreciated. I was so excited that I got my favs on sale for $3.99. I was really upset that my order had been cancelled. She immediately went in to problem solving and did everything she could to make it up to me. I love BBW and her compassion for her customers won my loyalty when it comes to which store I will be shopping at. To be honest both the stores in Branson are great. However, this employee is a rare gem when it comes to customer service!!! read more

This Bath and Body Works is located in Branson Landing and is much larger than the ones we have back at home. I noticed there was a lot more variety in the products, having just been to my local store not long ago. The layout is spacious and everything was well organized. The staff were very happy to help with any questions we had. The store was colorfully decorated for Christmas in a flurry of red, green, and tinsel. They played Christmas music and there was a fun, festive atmosphere. So what did I buy you ask? I purchased the new blueberry sugar candle which smells like a blueberry pie. I also picked up four hand soaps which were three dollars each that day and a small olive oil based mint and bergamot lotion. One of the staff members was so helpful in helping me choose a gift for a girl my family mentors. This shopping trip was very enjoyable and so much fun. I would definitely come back. read more

This Bath & Body Works store has all the makings of being one of the best. It's very large, nicely appointed, attentive employees, and has a great variety of products. However, there are two features of this location that makes the experience incredibly unpleasant - first is their air conditioning system. I have visited this location multiple times and last summer we noticed that it was insanely hot in the store. We mentioned it to an employee and she said that their air conditioner had gone out and they had a mobile unit in the store, but it wasn't making much of an impact on lowering the temperature. I went back this weekend, and the store was uncomfortably warm again. A customer in line in front of me mentioned this to the employee at the register and she said that it was due to the wall of TVs behind them. I don't think that's correct. It was obvious that there was still no air conditioning in that store. Customers were literally wiping the sweat off their faces. The second issue is I wasn't able to use the e-coupons sent to me by the company. I tried to use them and the associate said their system wasn't able to scan them from my phone at this time. They offered no other option to give me the discount that I was sent by Bath & Body Works and were extremely UNapologetic about the whole situation. It was their system that had the issue, they should have a solution. Instead, they shrugged their shoulders like it was the customer's problem. Horrible service. It wasn't a positive customer experience. If they don't these two issues, I'll choose to shop at the other location in Branson. read more

I was very excited to find this Branson location while we were there attending a wedding. I live rural and usually order on line. I had 8 items expecting buy 3 get 1 free. Twice I had to go from checkout to front of store to exchange as some item was not part of the offer. The second time I went I was told the spray was on sale so not a part. That spray had been there from the beginning of my transaction. Not once did she offer to have a consultant get the needed items for me. I am a 69 year old woman and hurrying back and forth so as not to hold up the line is difficult. I finally just told her never mind. As I left all she said was "have a nice day" the same thing the associate at the door told me as I tried to explain how confusing their signage was. read more
