It pains me to write this because I love their products but the supervisor on duty Debbie could use some customer service training. She is very brusk and has no patience or kindness to the customers. All she was doing was barking out "call customer service. There's nothing I can do" to multiple customers. Internet service in the store is wonky. She refuses to accept bar code coupons as screen shots or type in the code manually. I had to leave my basket, go completely outside of the store to access my account to go back on line and wait all over again to prove that my coupons were valid. So much trouble and aggravation. read more

Stopped by Bath & Body Works just a few weeks before Christmas to pick up some candles (on sale!) for gifts. There was soooooo many to choose from! In comparison to the other store in BK this one is beauuuuutifuly decorated for the holidays and stocked. I found scents I hadn't even seen on their website and I'm not ashamed to admit I was in there for at least 30 minutes smelling just about every single candle. I went to this location 4 times the last two times they only had small bags. But besides that,this location had the best sale.i got boardwalk taffy shower gel for $337 dark kiss body cream for $4.95 fire cracker pop shower gel for 3.37 among otheres. I am happy i went to this location. read more

Whenever I find myself in the Kings Plaza mall (which is rare...maybe if I lose a bet), I try to avoid this place like the plague. The second I walk into this location (and honestly all B&B works) I instantly tear up from the toxic aromas emanating from all of the overpriced products available throughout the store. Not BAD, but there's a few disappointments... Bath and Body Works doesn't only sell their own brand....or only heavily-perfumed products.... They also sell C.O. Bigelow...which is gentle...often completely natural...and almost always amazing.... They also sell some of the best brands in skin care (though they stopped carrying many... like Peter Thomas Roth) and hair care....Plus....you get crazy good deals sometimes....A lot of their signature scents are completely unappealing to me...but there are two signature sent that are OK... read more

Bath & Body Works is a lifesaver for a guy looking to get a quick gift for any women in their life. This holds true especially during the holidays! I just came through with a great gift here for my coworker and she loved it. They had a bunch of bath products nicely assembled into a small sparkly replica bath tub which was very affordable and was nicely presented. Those are the types of things that can get you out of a jam! The workers are fast but you do have to endure the overpowering smell of different lotions hitting you all at once when you walk in and the inevitable scenario of the perpetual bratty kid yelling as loud as possible as mommy shops. I went in here today for some last minute shopping for Christmas. As I walked in, I approached a sales associate. She was nice and did the usual "up selling". I end up purchasing one of her recommendations. However I felt rushed and she quickly moved one to the next customer. Hey its not personal! The lines were long but moved fasted. Like a lot of stores Bath and Body Works is one of those stores that's best when there's a sale. I don't shop here too often, after all it is in Kings Plaza. But it's probably one of the more decent stores in the mall. Their body sprays aren't bad for everyday scents. Their make up is okay but I do prefer the selection at the body shop. read more

Purchased 2 candles and a ocean body spray. I love there candles. The sales person MS. Mo knows me as a regular customer. I always go when there is a sale. Never spend 22$ for a candle. I spent 31$ for everything the body spray is 12$ which is not worth it but i had a spend 30$ get 10$ off your purchase. So thats why I got the body spray overall if you like candles come here. This is the easy pick out a gift spot ! This store is very clean and easy to spot the new fragrances ! Store always have a deal especially if you sign up to the mailing list free coupons.. Only downfall is it gets really busy and the check out line sometimes is out the door ! There are rarely any workers on the floor only seasonal time might spot a few !
