I was nervous because I've never had a spray tan, let alone set food in a tanning salon ever before, and I really didn't want to look like an Oompa Loompa. She was so helpful, guiding me through what I may be looking for, and through the entire process. It's slightly awkward to stand naked in front of a woman you have never met before, in a "shower", while she blows cold air on your body, but she was so professional and kind. Thankfully, my experience completely changed when I was helped by Valentina. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming from the moment she approached me. Sephora can be overwhelming with so many high-end beauty and hair care products, but Valentina took the time to answer all of my questions, explain products clearly, and provide excellent recommendations that were tailored to my needs. What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was obvious that she genuinely enjoys helping customers. I don't expect others to cater to my own short comings, but I don't think the employees at this location understand certain social cues. I was with my mom who was kindly treating me to some new outfits and I had 4 employees all walk up to me one after the other asking me the same question when I kindly explained why I didn't want to try anything on. I became overwhelmed due to my social anxiety and just wanted to buy my stuff and leave. When I got home I noticed that a pair of Jean shorts I was about to try on had a decent sized neon yellow stain on the side. I'm assuming maybe it's from a security tag? So I went in a week later (today) to do an exchange and felt like I was treated like I stole them. I gladly provided my receipt but and when I went to look for something to exchange it felt like I was an annoyance or something. While I was grateful for not being bombarded like last time, the cashier was pretty rude. She just looked at me and expected me to know what she needed and I fumbled over my words because I didn't know what number she was talking about since all she did was say "T" and look at me for my response. I assumed they were going to scan the barcode. When they did the transaction at the end there was a refund amount and since it was on my moms card I didn't have it with me. I asked if it had to be the exact card and explained it was my moms card used, the cashier responded again with a tone that seemed like I was trying to steal and maybe get money on my own card or something? Which is funny because she was able to just send it through automatically to the card even though I didn't have it...why did I need to provide it? I don't know if this was her intention, but it really came off that way. I know what it's like to work in retail and it sucks...but I never would've treated someone that way when they had a receipt right when they walked in... I will most likely be shopping at a different location or online.

It used to be where the Chipotle across the mall is. Then I believe it was inside the mall. Now it's beside Jack in the Box, the one near the mall. The inside of the store is very clean and soothing. And they have a large counter with so many delicious chocolates on display. They also have loads of already-prepared boxes. What I love is that they will allow you to sample a candy if you want. Staff there is always friendly and do a great job at explaining the candies and helping you make a decision. Probably my favorite candy is the Milk Bordeaux. Other candies I like are: Dark Scotchmallow, Milk Mocha, Milk Molasses Chip and those chocolate balls they sell for special occasions.
