They were out of lavender roses so it was agreed to use red. The advertised photo shows a lot of garnish and other added colors to the set up. My mother received 9 very short stem roses with a very little bit of greenery (photos included to their Yelp page). Picture showed a bow with the arrangement, no bow received. My wife complained, Beth stated she did not know if the set up was for romance or what so she just changed it to what she thought the consumer would like. She did not clarify anything with us, and the photos clearly show we got about $5.00 in effort for a $62.00 price. I told her my mother did not complain about the set up, I was the one that was upset because I knew what they were supposed to look like. Beth called my mom crying and asking about the arrangement. Totally unprofessional, the issue was with me, the one who ordered them, she had no right to call the receiving party in a hysterical fit. I would never use them again. I gave Beth the option to make a beautiful arrangement that was similar to what we originally ordered to make up for her extreme shortfall on the original attempt, she was not willing to do so. It was clear that he and his wife enjoy experimenting with new spirits and flavors and we enjoyed sampling their efforts! We tried a few brandy-based liqueurs (apple, pomegranate, rootbeer), a gin, and a whiskey. The pomegranate brandy was like sipping a tart spiced apple cider and was pretty darn good! I could imagine it over ice or ice cream, or to spike a fall punch or hot toddy. The whiskey was produced using white oak staves that he chars and adds to steel tanks. It wasnt bad, but some additional time or tweaking might soften the bitter woodiness that overtook my palate. I did enjoy the gin in progress... it was herbaceous and subtle, not the kick-you-in-the-teeth juniper flavor that most mainstream gins have. This one was floral, grassy, and delicate and I can see it laying a nice foundation for many different cocktails. At the end of our tasting, our offer of payment was politely declined as our host explained that he just likes sharing his labors with others. I encourage others to visit this business and perhaps find a spirit that calls to you, and I wish its owners luck and success as they continue to develop and refine their products.

I was told that framing for a drawing would be done the next day. The next day came and went and I…read moregot no phone call from them to tell me why there was a delay. So two days later I called four times at various points in the morning and got no answer. Then later that evening, I was told that the framing was finished. When I picked up the picture, it was not centered in the frame. Probably 1/4 of an inch tilted at an angle. Just enough to bother you when you look at the picture. The framing department could improve with communication and take better care to ensure that custom framing projects are accurately centered in the frame. I had to have it reframed at Chico Paper Co. I hope that this is not a common experience, it's possible that I just fell through the cracks, but something can be learned from this for both the potential customer and the store. And you also get what you pay for. Bargain framing isn't always a bargain.
