That's not what your commercials say. Y'all make it sound like you'd have the parts we need but when it came down to it we were told those would be here Monday. But we can't give you a cost because the prices change so often. We ended up getting a price at the end of all this back and forth about sizes etc. it's about 30 dollars higher than other vendors. Then we proceeded with the rest of our items to check out and the assistant manager was fidgety pacing while the other lady put the filter away. She then went back to her and said they want the filter. NO we said we would return at a later date for the grille and filter yet she almost tried to force the sale. I just didn't like her style or personality. It was a hard clash. and her inability to help. We will NEVER go back. Totally frustrating experience

Once inside, what a cluster of items thrown all over the place. The owner I imagine does not greet you and was very rude, he just stands and peers over the store, he does not ask if you need help finding anything in the mess of a store. I politely asked for a particular item and he basically pointed. I should have taken that que to leave and take my business else where. The simply have the products you need (mostly) for your to diy. Most of the prices are pretty reasonable. A few things are way overpriced but you pay for convenience. The owner is usually behind the counter and he's always courteous. There are tons of items to choose from. I can't speak to the wig selection as I haven't traveled down that road at this point of my life. I visit at least every few weeks and I would recommend.
