The front register is closed so I go to the entrance and walk up and the lady who greeted us in the beginning of the visit stares at me like I'm bothering her, I feel bad maybe she was busy? She says "you ready?" In a very bothered voice. I replied "yes I'm sorry!!" She asked my phone number if anyone helped and I gave it to her told her no and the whole interaction was just very standoff-ish and cold. I really hate to make such a long negative review but ive had so many bad experiences at this store and sadly it is the only one I live by. I just wish their customer service was alot better as I know I know what I'm looking for most of the time but I know sometimes I could use some recommendations as other people do as well.
