In addition to being a visionary florist (and having a grab-and-go plant section and fridge of pre-made bouquets), he also curates a fabulous selection of local goods, in addition to being a super charitable business owner in general. He even assigns names and pronouns to his in-house plant selection, demonstrating his values of being truly open to all and being an LGBTQIA+ advocate. Lepley & Co. has become a go-to spot for me when I am in the area and need a lovely local gift. On my most recent trip, I purchased 2 sets of wood-carved feminist earrings by a local maker (and a portion of the proceeds support women's reproductive rights). Not a product. I am not a thief or a criminal of any kind. But I was made to feel like one. I have a good job and take care of my family. I have no reason to steal.
